First, let me say that I was highly upset to pay approximately $500. for a KindleDX that did not come with a cover, any cover. Not even a basic cover. I had previously purchased the smaller, less expensive Kindle for my god daughter. This basic Kindle came equipped with a nice cover. To add insult to injury I then had to pay $50 for a very basic Kindle DX cover. And it is very basic. Not even a pocket on the inside cover. I would have expected better from Amazon!

Wonderful and definitely worth the money. It makes me feel safer that the Kindle has a hard cover on it and I like the fact that once I open the cover I can tuck it under the Kindle. Great purchase!

The Kindle DX Leather Cover does what it is supposed to do. It is firm, protective, and provides support and easier handling when Kindle is in use. For those who complained about breakage when you clip the Kindle into it -- or when you open it -- they must have been very careless or clumsy.
